Where to get the best food at Bumbershoot - The Seattle Times

[ad_2]

It almost makes too much sense: Along with the usual festival fare, some great Seattle restaurants are finally on the bill at Bumbershoot this weekend. To go with your Fetty Wap on Friday, for instance, you can get Little Uncle‘s phad grapao moo sap (minced pork sautéed with garlic, chilies and hot basil, served with rice and topped with an organic fried egg), Bok A Bok‘s Korean fried chicken wings (served with ginger slaw, biscuits and soy/sesame dipping sauce), shrimp ceviche tostadas from Gracia, beet and stone fruit salad from Matt’s in the Market, Radiator Whiskey’s currywurst, and Dungeness crab/shrimp cocktail from Pike Place Fish Market, a.k.a. the fish-throwers.

If you heard that hotly anticipated West Seattle spot New Luck Toy would be on site, that was part of the original plan, but they’re too busy trying to open the actual restaurant. More elaborate sit-down dinners have also fallen by the wayside. Still, Little Uncle at Bumbershoot!

Offerings at the B-EATS tent, located just north of the end of the Monorail and near the entrance to the Center Theater, vary by day — see the full list below to plan your Bumbershoot eating schedule. And as far as drinks go, conveniently, there’s a beer garden adjacent.
