GREAT FALLS -

Vince Rossi says he and his fiancé, Great Falls native Ryan Salonen, were ecstatic about seeing Adele perform during her 'Adele Live 2016' tour at the Los Angeles Staples Center recently.

Salonen starred in Great Falls High School productions including ‘Seussical the Musical’ and ‘Romeo & Juliet’ before moving to California.

He has since made several television appearances on shows like "Glee," "The Young & The Restless," and "Pretty Little Liars."

Actor and musician Vince Rossi has made several appearances in short films and television including College Humor Originals and Buttons. Rossi is also working to promote his band ‘Winslet,' a pop-duo based in Los Angeles.

While both Salonen and Rossi are fans of the British pop super-star, Salonen says he has always held special admiration for Adele; the couple also saw her perform last February.

“When she was promoting her album '25' last fall, she was doing countless interviews and I watched every interview at least once if not a couple of times, because I was just - she is just so engaging as a person and even though I don’t know her personally she seemingly is very, very down to earth, very genuine,” said Salonen.

"It was crazy, I was telling our neighbors, ‘I’m just so excited to go and watch Ryan watch Adele because I just know how much he adores her and I was like, ‘This is going to be so fun because I know, everything she says he’s gonna be like (in) taking in,” said Rossi.

Rossi says he dreamed of asking Adele to their wedding on stage the night before the concert, but never expected that it would become reality less than 24 hours later.

During Adele's performance, the singer noticed Rossi and Salonen in the 16th row, telling the audience that the two were dancing like no one was watching.

She then called the two up on stage, where Rossi says his dream came true.

Rossi: “(To Adele) This is so weird ‘cause I had a dream this would happen I’m not kidding! I’m not kidding I really did. And I said (to Ryan) if we see Adele and we go up there, I want her to come to the wedding as a guest.

Adele: “Well, I might be - my tour should be over by then so, yeah so I’ll come.”

The couple says they had chosen the wedding venue in Montana just weeks before their fateful encounter in LA. This would be Adele's first visit to Montana.

Adele: "Where is it?'

Salonen: “Do you where, do you know where like Washington is?'

Adele: 'Oh yeah'

Salonen: 'So it's just next door!'

Adele: 'Oh there you go!'

"This is like such a life moment, and we asked Adele to come to our wedding and she said yes! And I mean, if she does, amazing, if she doesn't, she's a busy woman, clearly,” said Rossi and Salonen in a reaction video they posted after the concert.

While both Salonen and Rossi say they would love to have Adele present when they tie the knot, the couple says the experience with the singer along with her kind and genuine nature is already enough to be thankful for.

Regardless of the outcome next summer, the couple hopes to send her a thank-you note expressing their gratitude.

Both say they are still keeping their fingers crossed and will continue adoring Adele as they await the big day.

“Regardless of us up being on stage, the whole concert - it was so personal and like, you felt like out of 20,000 people you felt like it was you and her. She just makes it very personal and y’know, somehow very intimate in that huge arena,” said Salonen.

The couple plans to wed at an undisclosed location next summer in Montana.

Rossi's video from the concert has been viewed more than 205,000 times:
