All eyes have been on Nicki Minaj lately, who has unfairly been thrown into Meek Mill’s recent beef with Beanie Sigel, who claimed that Minaj was the reason the bad blood between the Philadelphia rapper and Drake began to boil in the first place.
Those following along with the ongoing beef have been keeping the tea warm, waiting for Minaj to go off on a huge Twitter rant about the rumors but instead she kept it both cryptic and classy.
While many thought as though Minaj’s vague repost of a quote by Benzino was her way of responding to the beef, the rapper recently took to Twitter to inform everyone that no, that was NOT her commenting on the situation.
Addressing her tweet after fans blew up her mentions about the post being in response to her being forcibly in the middle of all of this tension, Minaj stated point blank that her commentary had nothing to do with “no damn rap beef.”
“This was a repost,” the rapper wrote. “Not my words & nthn to do w/no damn beef. This is a life quote… Elevate your minds.”
Preach, Nicki.
Considering her man’s beef has escalated consistently over the past couple of weeks and she has yet to speak on the subject, there’s a good chance she simply won’t offer a comment and will remain uninterested in getting involved. Always best to take the high road, after all.
